Pricing, Terms & Conditions Balancing Act Concierge provides services at the rates listed below.  The following rates do not include third-party work, merchandise, extra mileage or other expenses incurred while providing services on your behalf.  You will be invoiced separately for these extra costs, and payment is due upon completion of the service. Emergency services, after hours services and holiday services are accepted on a case-by-case basis and will incur overtime rates. Basic Services Basic services are billed hourly at the rate of $25.00 per hour, with a one hour minimum.  If services exceed one hour, time will be billed in 15 minute increments.  Mileage will apply to any service that requires Balancing Act to travel more than 25 miles at a rate of $.59 per mile. Customized Services Some customized services will require a consultation where we will work with you to develop a comprehensive quote based on your needs.  This quote will be based on the entire job content rather than hourly rates. Pet Care Pet visits are $16.00 per visit for up to three pets, plus $3.00 per additional pet. Gift Certificates Gift Certificates are available in $25.00 increments.  Gift Certificates can be gift wrapped or delivered within a 25 mile radius for an additional $5.00.
